1. How to check/change basic account information

Please log in from the link below and check/change your registered information.

  • Step 1: BMSG After logging in to SHOP, open "Account Basic Information" in My Page.

  • Step 2: "Edit account" buttonCheck and change your name, date of birth, address, phone number, etc.

  • Step 3: at the bottom of the edit page"Management of registered address"From here, manage multiple registered addresses and set the "default address" to be used as the main address.

2. Important information regarding registered address

① About the default address

  • The address used as the "billing address" during payment will be automatically registered as the "default address".

  • Services that do not involve shipping (FC membership/renewal,B-TownWhen making payments for memberships, renewals, etc., there are cases where the billing address below the street address is registered without being entered.

  • Please make sure that the default address used for shipping is correct. If there are any deficiencies,Please correct both "Billing Address" and "Default Address".

  • To prevent delivery problems, we recommend that you delete old or unnecessary address data.

② Regarding billing address

  • You can edit your billing address from the Change Credit Card Information screen.

  • You cannot change the billing address for an order after payment has been completed. Before finalizing your payment, please be sure to check that the registration information (billing and shipping address) displayed on the screen is correct.

3. If using Shop Pay

If you use Shop Pay, the billing address at the time of payment will automatically reflect the address registered in Shop Pay (external account). BMSG If the registered address of SHOP and the registered address of Shop Pay are different,Please be sure to correct each account information to the correct address before making payment.

4. If an error appears when making changes

When saving your changes, you may receive the following error:

Error message: 1 Address already exists

If you receive this error, you already have the same address.BMSG It may be registered in the SHOP. "Management of registered address"Please check the screen and if the same address is registered twice, please delete the unnecessary registered address.
