Even after completing the cancellation procedure, you will be able to view the content until the expiration date of your current contract period.
After the expiration date, you will no longer be able to access member-only content.

・For annual plans: Even if you cancel or suspend your membership, it is valid from the month of joining until the end of the same month of the following year (Example: Join on July 15, 2024 → Can be used until July 31, 2025)
・For monthly plans: If you cancel your membership, you can view it until the end of the last payment month (Example: Cancel on June 10th → Available until June 30th) If it is temporarily suspended, you will no longer be able to view it at that time, so please re-pay from My Page.

After downloading the app, you will need to register as a member to view fan club content.

If you are unable to log in even though you have completed fan club membership registration and payment, please check ① to ③ below.

② Have you entered the password you set? If you choose to pay by credit card at the time of new membership, your membership will be automatically renewed after the expiry month.
Credit card payments will be processed within 3 business days of the month in which your membership expires.
If you do not wish to continue, please complete the cancellation procedures yourself before your membership expires.

2 Select the applicable plan from “Manage subscription plans”

3 Select "Confirm details" > "Cancel subscription" to complete the cancellation procedure.

For customers using convenience store payment, automatic renewal is not applied, so use of the service will be temporarily terminated after the membership expiration date.
If you wish to continue, we will send you a notification email in the month of renewal, so please follow the instructions and complete the payment procedure again.
Please complete the procedures by the deadline stated in the guide, approximately by the end of the month.
