The phrase "relationship with fans" has undoubtedly become a major keyword in the modern entertainment industry.

Especially since social media became the main battleground for promotion, it feels like it's become commonplace for fans to both enjoy the music and spread the word, thanks to sheer numbers and deep dedication. We even see fans voluntarily putting up billboard ads, and in terms of initiative and creativity, they often put record labels and management to shame.

However, on the other hand, it is also true that the people who work directly with the artists and idols themselves, who talk with them the most, and who know them best—or rather, who should know them best—are the so-called management staff.
