If the problem with changing your credit card does not resolve, there are several possible causes.


If you have joined B withU through Shop Pay

If you register new card information while multiple card information (expired or unused cards) remain in your Shop Pay account, there have been cases where payment will fail the next time you make the payment.

Please log in to your Shop Pay account and try changing your card information.

 

If you cannot find the Shop Pay account you used when joining B with U

For example, in the following cases, it is possible that you may have multiple Shop Pay accounts.
  • If you change your email address registered with BMSG SHOP
  • If you have used Shop Pay other than BMSG SHOP

How to log out of ShopPay account

① Press the "Logout" button at the bottom of your ShopPay account


②Confirm the logout warning and press "Logout".

③ Log in to ShopPay with another account

(Please be careful not to enter your email address incorrectly.)

④After logging in, return to the email to change your payment method and proceed by clicking "Confirm payment information."
