Thank you for your continued support of BMSG.
We are currently in the process of refunding all members of the old BMSG App fan club.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the details below.

Refund acceptance period

August 19, 2024 - October 31, 2024

Refund Method

Starting from August 19th , refunds will be automatically made to your registered credit card .
Eligible recipients will receive an email from PayPal and refund_mazzel @bmsg.jp notifying them that they have been refunded.
If you have not received an email by August 29th , please contact refund_mazzel @ bmsg.jp .
*Depending on your email address, the email may have been classified as spam.

Refund amount

Among those who joined by May 16, 2023

If you cancel by May 16, 2024: ¥6,000
If you cancel your subscription after May 17, 2024: ¥5,500
For those whose subscription was automatically cancelled at the end of June 2024: ¥5,500
