[Notice] Refund information for BMSG App old fan club members

Thank you for your continued support of BMSG.
We are currently in the process of refunding all members of the old BMSG App fan club.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the details below.

Refund acceptance period

August 19, 2024 - October 31, 2024

Refund Eligibility

・BMSG App annual membership or those who pay their membership fees via convenience store payment and whose BMSG App membership has an expiration date after July 1, 2024
 *Monthly members who pay by carrier payment or PayPal are not eligible for refunds.
*Refunds will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the remaining period up until the membership expiration date. *This also applies to those who canceled their membership after May 1st.

Refund Method

After August 19th, a refund notification email will be sent to your registered email address.
Please follow the instructions in the email with the subject and sender below.

If you have not received the email by August 29th , please contact us at https://form.run/@bmsgapp . Please note that for security reasons, we cannot accept any other methods of notification.

How to receive your refund

  • You can choose how you would like to receive your refund by clicking the URL provided in the refund notification email.
  • Please choose the method of receipt: bank account transfer or ATM receipt (available at Seven Bank ATMs or Seven-Eleven cash registers).
  • The validity period is 7 days after receipt of the email.

Please choose your receiving method as soon as possible.

Refund deadline

  • After selecting your payment method , you will have 14 days to receive your refund via the payment method you selected.
  • Please note that we cannot provide refunds after the application period has ended.
  • Depending on the email address you use, the email may have been classified as spam. * Please check your spam folder and make sure that you are set up to receive emails from " noreply@gmo-pg.com" .


[Refund amount]

For those with a validity period ending in July 2024: 1 month (500 yen)

For those with an expiration date of August 2024: 2 months (1,000 yen)

For those with a validity period ending in September 2024: 3 months (1,500 yen)

For those with an expiration date of October 2024: 4 months (2,000 yen)

For those with a validity period ending in November 2024: 5 months (2,500 yen)

For those with a validity period ending in December 2024: 6 months (3,000 yen)

For those with a validity period ending in January 2025: 7 months (3,500 yen)

For those with a validity period ending in February 2025: 8 months (4,000 yen)

For those with a validity period ending in March 2025: 9 months (4,500 yen)

For those with an expiration date of April 2025: 10 months (5,000 yen)

For those with a validity period ending in May 2025: 11 months (5,500 yen)

For those whose expiration date is June 2025: 12 months (6,000 yen)
