After downloading the app, you will need to register as a member to view fan club content.
If you are unable to log in even though you have completed your fan club membership registration and payment, please check points ① to ③ below.
①You may have entered the registered email address or an address different from the one you entered when registering as a member.
If you have multiple email addresses, try using one that you know well.
*This is different from the email address registered to the "BMSG App."
②If you are entering the password you set or do not know the password you set, click [Forgot your password?] at the bottom of the login screen to set a new password and try logging in.
