If you choose to pay by credit card at the time of new membership, your membership will be automatically renewed after the expiry month.
Credit card payments will be processed within 3 business days of the membership expiry month.
If you do not wish to continue, please complete the cancellation procedure yourself before the membership expiration month.

3 Select "Confirm details" > "Cancel subscription" to complete the cancellation procedure.
Customers using convenience store payment will not be eligible for automatic renewal, so their use of the service will be temporarily terminated after their membership expires.
If you wish to continue your subscription, we will send you a notification email in the month of renewal, so please follow the instructions and complete the payment procedure again.
Please complete the procedures by the date stated in the notice, approximately at the end of the month.
