The BMSG fan club is reborn

Thank you for always supporting BMSG Co., Ltd. and our affiliated artists.

The BMSG Fan Club will be meeting you under the new name "B with U" from July 1st, 2024.

The current BMSG App will no longer update content on June 30, 2024.

In order to realize this desire that "each artist and fan club members want to walk together," we will continue on a new journey with "B with U."

B with U

B with U is a new platform for a deeper, more accessible fan club to connect artists and fans.Accessible via a mobile app or web browser.By bringing the artist's feelings to you, you can experience the artist's world.

Process for starting the B with U service

• Content update ended on June 30th, 2024
• New membership registrations will be closed and monthly membership fees will automatically be suspended
• The cancellation process will be automatically processed, so there is no need to cancel the subscription.
• We will provide a refund to those who pay the membership fee using annual membership or convenience store payment (details will be announced at a later date).

• July 1, 2024 B with U service begins
• Due to the full renewal, you will need to re-join
• Your membership number, join date, and history will not be carried over, but you can continue to enjoy past BLOG and MOVIE content.

B with U Prepaid Membership Campaign　

A nationwide tour will be held from May and JuneSKY-HI、MAZZELTargetingWe will be running a campaign where you can win autographed goods by lottery for those who have joined B with U in advance.
BE:FIRST、Novel Core, Alie The Shota is open to the official release of B with U on 7/1.

• Members who join "B with U" in advance for a fee will receive a free membership fee from May 1st to June 30th.
  Example: Join in May → Annual membership fee of 5,000 yen, Join in June → Annual membership fee of 5,500 yen
  *From the following year onwards, the month you join will be the renewal month.

• To B with UadvanceEven if you join, there will be no updates to the content. Continue to enjoy fan club content during May and June on the BMSG App.
• During the period from 5/1 to 6/30SKY-HI、MAZZELAny B with UadvanceWe will be holding a campaign to give away autographed goods to 30 people by lottery for members who have become paid members.

BMSG App New Paid Membership Ends

Due to the full renewal of the new fan club app "B with U" and the change in the operating company,We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be requiring new paid BMSG App members to close on Wednesday, June 12th, 2024.
Please check the following points as new applications are closed.

• About downloading apps
  Access is available from the App Store, but you cannot register as a new paid member.

Regarding refunds due to the termination of BMSG App service

For BMSG App annual membership or those who have paid membership fees via convenience store payment, each member will receive a monthly refund for the remaining period up to the expiration date.
For details on the refund method and amount, we will inform the refund recipients of the details from late July to mid-August to the email address registered with the BMSG App.

  ・For those who are annual BMSG App members or who have paid membership fees via convenience store payment
  *Each member will be refunded on a monthly basis for the remaining period up to the expiration date.
  *We have announced that the app has been renewed, and those who cancel their membership after Wednesday, May 1st will also be eligible for a refund.

• How to refund
  ・We will send you information to the email address registered with the BMSG App from late July to mid-August.
  - You can choose to pay by direct transfer or ATM (you can collect it at the Seven Bank ATM and Seven-Eleven register).
  ・The sender's email address to which the refund will be sent will be provided separately before the refund begins.

• Refund amount
  Those who are expiring in July 2024... 1 month's worth (500 yen)
  Those who are expiring August 2024... 2 months' worth (1,000 yen)
  Those who are expiring in September 2024... 3 months' worth (1,500 yen)
  Those who are expiring October 2024... 4 months' worth (2,000 yen)
  Those who are expiring November 2024... 5 months' worth (2,500 yen)
  Those who are expiring December 2024... 6 months' worth (3,000 yen)
  Those who are expiring January 2025... 7 months' worth (3,500 yen)
  Those who are expiring February 2025... 8 months' worth (4,000 yen)
  Those who are expiring in March 2025... 9 months' worth (4,500 yen)
  Those who are expiring in April 2025... 10 months' worth (5,000 yen)
  Those who are expiring in May 2025... 11 months' worth (5,500 yen)
  Those who are expiring June 2025...12 months' worth (6,000 yen)
