We are currently undergoing refund procedures to all members of the former BMSG App fan club.
We apologize for the busy schedule, but please check the details below.

Those eligible for refund
・For those who are annual BMSG App members or who have paid membership fees via convenience store paymentAlso, those who have a BMSG App membership expiration date remaining after July 1, 2024
*Refunds are not accepted for monthly membership using carrier payment or PayPal payment.
*The remaining period up to the expiration date will be refunded on a monthly basis.
*It is also eligible for those who have cancelled after May 1st.

How to refund
From August 19th, you will receive a refund notification email to your registered email address.
Please follow the subject line below and the steps listed in the email from the sender.

How to receive a refund
- You can choose how to receive your refund from the URL provided in the refund notification email.
- Please select bank account transfer or ATM pickup (you can pick up at the Seven Bank ATM or Seven-Eleven register).
- The validity period is 7 days after receiving the email.
Please choose your pickup method as soon as possible.
