Where can I register my date of birth and Instagram ID?

You can register your birthday and Instagram ID by logging into your BMSG SHOP account > " My Account " screen > scrolling > "Edit Account".

If you have not registered your Instagram ID, you will not be able to approve your follow request.

[Causes for follow requests being deleted]

Instagram ID is half-width alphanumeric characters (lowercase letters/abc, etc.). Below are examples of the most common errors.

  • Capital letters (ABC, etc.) are used
  • Two hyphens "__" become one full-width character "＿"
  • spaces are mixed
  • You are incorrectly typing the lowercase letter L [l] and the uppercase letter I [I].
  • Entering an email address (xx-xxxgmail.com, etc.)
