Where can I register my date of birth and Instagram ID?

You can register your birthday and Instagram ID by logging in to your BMSG SHOP account > Payment Method/Changes Confirmation Page > Scroll down > "Edit Account".

If you have not registered your Instagram ID, we will not be able to approve your follow request.

[Reasons why follow requests are deleted]

Instagram IDs must be in half-width alphanumeric characters (lowercase/abc, etc.). Below are some common examples of mistakes.

Capital letters (ABC, etc.) are used
Two hyphens "__" are combined into one full-width "＿"
Spaces are mixed
You have mistakenly typed a lowercase "l" and an uppercase "i"
Entering an email address (xx-xxxgmail.com, etc.)
