FAQ
◆About emails : We will send you two emails, one to inform you when your purchase is complete and one to inform you when your order has been shipped.
・Please set up your email to receive emails from " info@bmsg.shop ".
・You can check your registered email address on your My Page.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder as it may have gone there.
◆Regarding product delivery : Except for orders of made-to-order/pre-order products, products will be shipped sequentially from the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after the order is placed.
・If you order made-to-order/pre-order items together with regular items, we will ship them according to the item with the latest shipping date. If you are in a hurry, please place a separate order. (However, please note that shipping charges will be incurred for each order.)
・We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. We will send you a tracking number in the shipping completion email, so please contact the delivery company directly.
・Please note that we cannot combine your order with other orders for shipping after you have placed your order.
- Depending on the size of the product, it may be delivered by post.
- Regardless of the delivery method, shipping fee, quantity, or price of the product, shipping fees are a flat rate of 770 yen.
Payment methods: You can use credit card or deferred payment (Paidy) at https://paidy.com.
・We do not allow changes to payment methods after an order has been completed.
・How to use Pay Later Pay is as follows.
(1) Select Pay Later on the payment screen
(2) The Paypal payment screen will appear on the screen. Enter your email address and mobile number and press the "Next" button.
(3) Enter the 4-digit authentication code sent to you by SMS (short message) from Paidy on your smartphone or mobile phone.
(4) Select your payment method and the payment will be completed. After the payment is completed, a completion screen will be displayed.
*Please note that if you go back on your browser or navigate to another page during your Paid payment, the payment may not be completed and your order may not be confirmed.
*After completing your order, please check your statement on the Paidy app or My Paidy ( https://my.paidy.com/login/ ) and make sure that the amount you ordered is displayed in the billing amount column.
If the amount is displayed in the "Unconfirmed amount" column, please contact us at info@bmsg.shop .
◆About checking your purchase history <br data-mce-fragment="1">After logging in to your My Page, you can check your purchase history under "My Orders."
◆We apologize for any changes or cancellations after an order has been placed, but we do not accept cancellations/exchanges/returns/refunds for reasons of customer convenience after the order has been completed.
Please note that shipping charges will be incurred for each order, so please be careful when placing your order.
◆Regarding exchange of defective products <br data-mce-fragment="1">If the product you receive is defective, please contact us at " info@bmsg.shop " within 7 days of receiving the product, attaching a photo showing the defective part.
*If the item is in stock, we will exchange it. If the item is out of stock, we will refund your money.
*We do not accept exchanges or refunds for products purchased outside of BMSG SHOP.
