Can I cancel my membership and cancel the payment?

We cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to customer's convenience.
However, we will only accept cancellations for reasons such as enrollment with an email address that cannot be received, multiple enrollments with different email addresses, or duplicate payments for the same plan.
