Can I cancel my membership and cancel the payment?

We cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to customer convenience.
However, we will only accept cancellations for reasons such as signing up with an email address that cannot receive emails, duplicate memberships with a different email address, or duplicate payments for the same plan.

*Please note that the cooling off period does not apply to B-Town, so we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after membership for personal reasons.
