I haven't received an email
If you do not receive an email, please check the following.
① Please check your settings to make sure you are able to receive emails from info@bmsg.shop .
②Please check to see if the email is in a different folder, such as your spam folder.
*If you use an email address from a mobile carrier, you may not be able to receive emails depending on the settings. We recommend using an email address other than that of a mobile carrier, such as Gmail or Yahoo.
*If the order completion screen is displayed, your order has been completed. If you would like the order confirmation email to be resent, please contact us using the inquiry form.
(However, it is assumed that you have set up your email reception settings. If your email reception settings have not been configured, you may not be able to receive the email even if you resend it.)
