Hello Architect Residents!

Aile The Shota Oneman Tour 2024 "odorimasenka" will be held in various locations according to the schedule. [Architect Resident Exchange Meeting] Due to a change in venue, we will be accepting additional entries at some venues!
Additionally, entries for the Tokyo event scheduled for August are now open! Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Overview
At a rental space near the venue for "Aile The Shota Oneman Tour 2024 "odorimasenka"" Architect-resident exchange meeting held.

There will be a time for self-introductions with B-Town name cards filled out, and talk topic cards to liven up the social gathering. We are planning a gathering where anyone can feel free to talk.
It has been decided that Aile The Shota staff will also participate.
*If there are a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held.
*There will be free time from the end of the social gathering until the doors open.

■ Regarding your application
Please read the event date and time, application period, and notes carefully before applying through the application form.

*Each person may only enter once. Multiple entries will be invalid.
*We will verify the information you provide in your application with your registered information, so please make sure the information is correct before applying.
*You must be a "B-Town (Architect)" member on the day of the event. Please note that if you cancel your membership after being selected, your right to participate will be invalidated.
*The lottery is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

■Notes about carrier email
In the past, there have been several cases of customers using carrier email addresses receiving emails with a time difference of more than 24 hours, or being unable to receive emails with images or URLs. Therefore, we recommend that you enter using an email address that will ensure you can receive emails.

■ Application Periods
Application period: June 18th (Tue) to June 23rd (Sun) 23:59
Winners will be notified: June 27th (Thursday) around 18:00

Deadline for payment of participation fee: June 30th (Sun) at noon Detailed information: Email will be sent by 20:00 two days before the event

■Announcement of the results
Winning emails will only be sent to winners.
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the results of your selection.

■ Regarding ID verification on the day
Winners will be identified based on the following two points:

① "B-Town (Architect)" Digital Resident Card
② Identification (one photo ID or two documents that can verify your name)

Driver's license, other official photo licenses (maritime, aviation, architect, etc.), passport, basic resident registration card with photo, welfare handbook, disability handbook, health insurance card with photo

* Any other document issued by a government agency that can verify your name, photo, and date of birth.
*You can also use your My Number card as identification. However, please note that the My Number notification card is just a notification of your personal number and cannot be used as identification.

[Two pieces of ID valid for admission]
Health insurance card, family register, resident's card, basic resident registration card without photo, employee ID, student ID, taspo, credit card, IC card, membership card with photo (sports club, store, etc.)
*Please bring one document that can verify your name and address, and another document that can verify your name.
*Handwritten names are not acceptable. (Only student handbooks with a photo stamp are acceptable for handwritten names.)

[Notes regarding identification documents]
*You will not be able to participate if the name, address, etc. listed on your application do not match the information on your identity document.
*If you bring any of the above identification documents that have expired, you will not be able to enter.
*Identification documents other than those mentioned above will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please make sure to prepare and bring the appropriate identification documents by the day of the event.
*Copies or photos of identification documents are not acceptable. Please be sure to bring the original.
*If we determine that your face is clearly different from the photo on your identification document, you may be denied entry.
*Children aged 6 to 12 who do not have a form of identification that meets the above requirements will be allowed to enter if they bring one document that can verify their name and date of birth. [Examples: health insurance card, resident registration card]

 

■Notes
*Cancellation is not possible after participation is confirmed. Please only apply if you can definitely attend on the day.
*If you are selected, we will verify your identity before the event on the day. Please be sure to bring the "identification card specified for this event." Please note that if you are unable to verify your identity on the day, you will not be able to participate for any reason.
*Winners will be responsible for their own transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc.
*Generally, you cannot enter or leave the room midway.
*Due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accidents of performers, transportation failure, poor facilities at the venue, or the spread of COVID-19, this event may be canceled or postponed, or the date, time, location, and content of the event may be changed for convenience. In such cases, you will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the venue and accommodation costs. Please note.
*Please note that we cannot accept gifts or fan letters for artists or trainees.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in your own care.
*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
*The event will be filmed on the day. Photos and videos taken will be used on BMSG SNS and B-Town, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
*Only the winner (1 person) can participate in this event. It is strictly prohibited to sell or transfer the winning rights to a third party, including family or friends. If discovered, the winning rights will be invalidated. In addition, winning by proxy applications will not be allowed.
*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. Minors cannot be accompanied by family members or staff.
