  2. (Individual terms)

  4. (Application for use and its approval)

  5. (account)
    1. Members may not hold multiple accounts for the Service. Additionally, multiple people may not share one account on the Service.
    2. When members register a password when using this service, they must manage it strictly at their own responsibility to prevent unauthorized use. BMSG may consider any actions performed using a registered password to be the actions of the member himself/herself.
    3. If a member suspects that their account is being used illegally by a third party, they will immediately notify BMSG and follow BMSG 's instructions, if any.
    4. Members who have registered for this service may delete their account and withdraw from membership at any time using the method prescribed by BMSG .
    5. BMSG may delete any account that has been last accessed for more than one year without prior notice to the member.
    6. All rights of a Member to use the Service will be terminated when the Member's account is deleted, regardless of the reason. Please note that even if a member deletes their account by mistake, the account cannot be recovered.
    7. This service account belongs exclusively to the member. All rights of a member to use this service may not be transferred, lent, or inherited to a third party.
  6. (Use of this service)
    1. Members use this Service at their own risk, and are solely responsible for all actions taken in this Service and their results.
    2. Members will properly maintain computers, digital devices, and any other equipment, software, and communication means necessary to use the Service at their own responsibility and expense. In addition, you will be responsible for registering SNS that will be linked with this service.
    3. Members shall take security measures, such as preventing computer virus infection, unauthorized access, and information leaks, in accordance with their usage environment. BMSG shall not be involved in any way with respect to the member's usage environment, and shall not bear any responsibility. We do not owe.
    4. BMSG may provide all or part of the Service to members who meet age, identity verification, registration information, and other conditions deemed necessary by BMSG .
    5. BMSG does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, availability, safety, reliability, suitability for any particular purpose, etc. of this service. BMSG has no obligation to repair bugs or other defects in the Service.
    6. If BMSG deems it necessary, BMSG may change all or part of the content of the Service or discontinue its provision at any time without prior notice to members.
  7. (confidentiality)

The ownership of the product will be transferred to the member when BMSG delivers the product to the delivery company.
    2. BMSG may cancel the sales contract concluded with a member without prior notice to the member if the member falls under any of the following reasons:

      3. In other cases where we deem that the relationship of trust between our company and our members has been damaged.
    3. Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation methods for purchase applications, return methods, etc. related to product sales through this service will be determined separately by BMSG .
  9. (usage fee)
    1. The usage fee for this service will be determined separately by BMSG . Please note that BMSG may change usage fees by notifying members in advance, and if members do not agree to this, they will not be able to use this service any further.
    2. BMSG may set up multiple courses with different service content in this Service and set usage fees for each course. Depending on the course selected by the member, some parts of this service may not be available.
  10. (Services of other business operators, etc.)
    This Service may include services or content provided by other companies. The responsibility for such services or contents rests with the business providing them. In addition, such services or content may be subject to terms of use and other conditions stipulated by the business providing them.
  11. (content)

    2. Members may not use the content provided through this service in a manner that infringes the rights of BMSG or any other third party (including copyrights, neighboring rights, publicity rights, and any other rights). .
    3. Members are responsible for backing up content that members register, send, post, etc. to this service (hereinafter referred to as "posted content"). BMSG has no obligation to back up posted content.
    4. Members will retain the rights they have to posted content as before, and BMSG will not acquire such rights. However, as long as the posted content is publicly available, the member grants BMSG the right to use it for services and promotions (including the right to make changes such as omissions to the extent that BMSG deems necessary and appropriate).   13. (Prohibited matter)

      5. Acts of illegally collecting, disclosing, or providing other people's personal information, registration information, usage history information, etc.
      6. Acts of intentionally disseminating false information
      7. Excessively violent expressions, sexually explicit expressions, expressions that lead to discrimination based on race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, family origin, etc., expressions that induce or encourage suicide, self-harm, drug abuse, etc. Acts of posting or transmitting expressions that contain anti-social content and cause discomfort to others
      8. Acts that interfere with the server or network system of this service, acts that fraudulently operate this service using other technical means, acts that intentionally exploit malfunctions of this service.

Purchasing or obtaining products provided in this service for the purpose of resale (in addition, if you sell or offer to sell products provided in this service to a third party at a price that exceeds the selling price) (If you do so, or if you put it up for auction, it will be considered to fall under this item.)
      18. Acts that encourage acts that fall under any of the above items.
      19. Other acts that BMSG deems inappropriate.

If BMSG deems that a member has violated or is likely to violate these Terms, etc., BMSG will take measures that BMSG deems necessary and appropriate (account suspension, account deletion, posting, etc.) without prior notice to the member. BMSG will not be held responsible for any damage caused to members as a result of such measures.
  14. (Disclaimer)
    1. BMSG shall not be liable for any damage caused to members due to interruption of this service or loss of data due to failure or malfunction of communication lines or computers, etc., unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of BMSG. I am not responsible.
    2. Even if BMSG is liable for damages to members based on default or tort, BMSG's liability for damages is not foreseeable or foreseeable, unless BMSG is intentionally or grossly negligent. The amount of compensation shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by the member, regardless of whether or not the damage was caused, and the amount of compensation shall be limited to a maximum of 5,000 yen.
  15. (Validity of these Terms, etc.)
    1. Even if all or part of each provision of these Terms, etc. is determined to be invalid based on laws and regulations, the parts of the provision other than the part determined to be invalid and other provisions of these Terms, etc. will remain valid. will do.

  16. (Governing law and jurisdiction)
