[Tokyo Venue] A special talk show by Hata Satoshi has been scheduled!

Photographer Satoshi Hata, who has long been a popular guest at Architect, will be the guest lecturer. He will be showcasing the BMSG works he has worked on and giving us a look at what goes on behind the scenes at photo shoots.

In addition, there will also be a Q&A session where questions will be collected from Architect residents!

This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from Hata-san, who is actually involved with BMSG artists and trainees! If you would like to participate, please read this article carefully and apply using the application form within this article during the application period.

We ask for your support in running the event so that everyone can participate with peace of mind on the day.
Recommended for those who enjoy talking to people and are confident in their physical strength.

・Maintaining queues at reception
・Guiding participants to their seats after completing the check-in process
・Lost property check

*Volunteer staff can also participate in the Special Talk Show, but please note that you may have to stand.

■ Regarding your application
Please carefully read the event date and time, application period, and notes, and then apply via the application form during the entry period.

*Entry will open at 15:00 on Wednesday, January 29th. It is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Each person may only enter once. Multiple entries will be invalid.
*We will verify the information you provide in your application with your registered information, so please make sure the information is correct before applying.
*You must be a "B-Town (Architect)" member on the day of the talk show. Please note that if you cancel your membership after winning, your winning will be invalid.
*The lottery is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

■Notes about carrier email
In the past, there have been multiple cases of customers using carrier email addresses receiving emails with a time difference of more than 24 hours, or being unable to receive emails with images or URLs. Therefore, we recommend that you enter using an email address that will ensure you can receive emails.

■ Application Periods
Application period: January 29th (Wed) 15:00 to February 10th (Mon) 23:59
Winners will be announced on February 14th (Friday) at around 18:00.

■Announcement of the results
Winning emails will only be sent to winners.
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the results of your selection.

■ Regarding ID verification on the day
Winners will be identified based on the following two points:

① "B-Town (Architect)" Digital Resident Card
② Identification (one photo ID or two documents that can verify your name)

Driver's license, other official photo licenses (maritime, aviation, architect, etc.), passport, basic resident registration card with photo, welfare handbook, disability handbook, health insurance card with photo

* Any other document issued by a government agency that can verify your name, photo, and date of birth.
*You can also use your My Number card as identification. However, please note that the My Number notification card is just a notification of your personal number and cannot be used as identification.

Health insurance card, family register, resident's card, basic resident registration card without photo, employee ID, student ID, taspo, credit card, IC card, membership card with photo (sports club, store, etc.)
*Please bring one document that can verify your name and address, and another document that can verify your name.
*Handwritten names are not acceptable. (Only student handbooks with a photo stamp are acceptable for handwritten names.)

*You will not be able to participate if the name, address, etc. listed on your application do not match the information on your identity document.
*If you bring any of the above identification documents that have expired, you will not be able to enter.
* Any other identification documents will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please make sure to prepare and bring the appropriate identification documents by the day of the event.
*Copies or photos of identification documents are not acceptable. Please be sure to bring the original.
*If we determine that your face is clearly different from the photo on your identification document, you may be denied entry.
*Children aged 6 to 12 who do not have a form of identification that meets the above requirements will be allowed to enter if they bring one document that can verify their name and date of birth. [Examples: health insurance card, resident registration card]

■Notes
*Cancellation is not possible after selection. Please only apply if you can attend on the day.
*If you are selected, we will verify your identity before the event on the day. Please be sure to bring the "identification card specified for this event." Please note that if you are unable to verify your identity on the day, you will not be able to participate for any reason.
*Winners will be responsible for their own transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc.
*You will not be able to enter or leave the room midway. Please note that if you do not arrive at the reception desk at the appointed time, you may not be able to participate in the event.
*Due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accidents of performers, transportation failure, poor facilities at the venue, or the spread of COVID-19, this event may be canceled or postponed, or the date, time, location, and content of the event may be changed for convenience. In such cases, you will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the venue and accommodation costs. Please note.
*Please note that we cannot accept gifts for artists, trainees, or staff.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in your own care.
*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
*The event will be filmed on the day. Photos and videos taken will be used on BMSG SNS and B-Town, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
*Only the winner (1 person) can participate in this event. It is strictly prohibited to sell or transfer the winning rights to a third party, including family or friends. If discovered, the winning rights will be invalidated. In addition, winning by proxy applications will not be allowed.
*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. Minors cannot be accompanied by family members or staff.
*Please observe the "prohibited items" below when participating in this event. If a participant violates the "prohibited items" below, or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation, they may be refused participation.
