The BMSG fan club is being reborn

Thank you for your continued support of BMSG Inc. and our artists.

The BMSG fan club will meet you under the new name "B with U" from July 1, 2024.

The current BMSG App will stop updating content after June 30, 2024.

In order to realize our desire for each artist and fan club member to walk together, we are embarking on a new journey with "B with U."

B with U

B with U is a new platform that aims to deepen the connection between artists and fans and to make the fan club more accessible. It can be accessed from a mobile app or web browser, and you can experience the artist's world by delivering the artist's thoughts to you.

Steps to start the B with U service

<Step 1: Exit BMSG App>

• Content updates will end on June 30, 2024
• End of new membership applications and automatic suspension of monthly membership fees
• Your cancellation will be processed automatically, so there is no need to cancel your subscription.
• Refunds will be available to those who have paid their annual membership fees or at convenience stores (details will be provided at a later date).

<Step 2: Opening B with U>

• July 1, 2024: B with U service begins
• Due to the full renewal, you will need to re-register.
• Your membership number, joining date, and history will not be carried over, but you will be able to continue to enjoy past content on BLOG and MOVIE.

B with U pre-paid membership campaign　

SKY-HI and MAZZEL will be holding a nationwide tour in May and June, and we will be running a campaign where people who sign up for B with U in advance will be entered into a lottery to win autographed merchandise.
For BE:FIRST, Novel Core, and Alie The Shota, please wait for the official release of B with U on July 1st.

• Members who have already paid to join "B with U" will have their membership fee waived from May 1st to June 30th.
  Example: Joining in May → Annual fee 5,000 yen, joining in June → Annual fee 5,500 yen
  *From the following year onwards, the month in which you joined will be the renewal month.

• Even if you join B with U in advance , the content will not be updated. Please continue to enjoy the fan club content from May and June on the BMSG App.
• We will be holding a campaign where 30 people who have signed up as B with U paid members of either SKY-HI or MAZZEL between May 1st and June 30th will be chosen by lottery to win autographed merchandise.
  *Winners will be notified upon shipping. (Expected shipping date: after July)

* 30 people who have signed up in advance will be chosen by lottery to receive goods signed by SKY-HI. In addition, all those who have signed up in advance will receive a video message and original image from SKY-HI on a special web page.

MAZZEL

* 30 people who have signed up in advance will be chosen by lottery to receive merchandise signed by all MAZZEL members. In addition, all those who have signed up in advance will receive a message video and original images from MAZZEL on a special web page.

Fees

BE:FIRST, MAZZEL Annual fee: 6,000 yen

SKY-HI, Novel Core, Aile The Shota, REIKO 500 yen per month (convenience store payment is only available for annual payments)

Payment method: Credit card payment/convenience store payment

*A separate convenience store payment fee is required.

Notice of the end of new paid membership applications for BMSG App

Due to the full renewal of our new fan club app "B with U" and the change of operating company, we will stop accepting new paid membership applications for the BMSG App as of Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
Please note the following points as new applications are no longer accepted:

• Eligible fan clubs
  BE:FIRST official fanclub "BESTY"
  Novel Core official fanclub [CORE HOUSE]
  Aile The Shota fan club
  SKY-HI official fanclub "FLYERS"
  MAZZEL official fanclub “MUZEUM”

• For existing paid members
  This offer will continue until June 30, 2024.
  Please enjoy the content on B with U from Monday, July 1, 2024.

• About downloading the app
  You can access it from the App Store, but you cannot register as a new paid member.

Regarding refunds due to the end of the BMSG App service

For those who are annual BMSG App members or who pay their membership fees via convenience store payment, we will refund the remaining period up to the membership expiration date on a pro rata basis.
Detailed information about the refund method and refund amount will be sent to those eligible for refund via the email address registered in the BMSG App between late July and mid-August.

• Target Audience
  - BMSG App annual membership customers or those who pay their membership fees via convenience store payment * Refunds will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the remaining period up until the membership expiration date.
  *Those who canceled their membership after Wednesday, May 1st, when the app renewal was announced, will also be eligible for a refund.

• Refund Method
  ・We will send information to the email address registered in the BMSG App between late July and mid-August.
  ・You can choose to have your refund transferred to your account or receive it at an ATM (available at Seven Bank ATMs and Seven-Eleven cash registers).
  ・The email address from which refund notifications will be sent will be provided to you separately before the refund begins.

• Refund amount
  For those with a validity period ending in July 2024: 1 month (500 yen)
  For those with an expiration date of August 2024: 2 months (1,000 yen)
  For those with a validity period ending in September 2024: 3 months (1,500 yen)
  For those with an expiration date of October 2024: 4 months (2,000 yen)
  For those with a validity period ending in November 2024: 5 months (2,500 yen)
  For those with a validity period ending in December 2024: 6 months (3,000 yen)
  For those with a validity period ending in January 2025: 7 months (3,500 yen)
  For those with a validity period ending in February 2025: 8 months (4,000 yen)
  For those with a validity period ending in March 2025: 9 months (4,500 yen)
  For those with an expiration date of April 2025: 10 months (5,000 yen)
  For those with a validity period ending in May 2025: 11 months (5,500 yen)
  For those with a validity period ending in June 2025: 12 months (6,000 yen)

Refunds are available to all artist fan club members.
