BMSG started with just a few people in September 2020. In the four years since its founding, BE:FIRST has grown into a dome artist, MAZZEL, who debuted as the second group, has made it into an arena, and each solo artist is also increasing their presence. The company now has about 80 staff members, and this year they purchased their own building, making the vision they had set since their founding come true one after another.
This book is a "documentary book" that realistically records the progress of BMSG from 2023 to 2024, when the number of artists and staff has increased and the business has expanded. SKY-HI, who continues to take on challenges, talks in detail about what he values at each stage and how he makes decisions. In addition to the serialization in the monthly magazine "Nikkei Entertainment!", it also includes a newly written article that looks back on the past two years of rapid growth.
