[Architect] I can't see Instagram
We are sorry to hear that you are unable to view Instagram. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the information below.
■ If your follow request is not approved (if the request is deleted)
There may be an error in the Instagram ID entered in your BMSG SHOP account. Please check that the ID (username) of your Instagram account matches the Instagram ID registered in your BMSG SHOP account.
Please check and edit the information you entered using the "Edit Account" button on the BMSG SHOP account, then submit your follow request again.

*Follow requests will be confirmed and approved within 3-5 business days. Please wait for a while until approval. In addition, content such as pre-sale tickets will be available on a limited page on the day of joining.
Instagram IDs must be in half-width alphanumeric characters (lowercase/abc, etc.). Below are some common examples of mistakes.
- Capital letters (ABC, etc.) are used
- Two hyphens "__" are combined into one full-width "_"
- Spaces are mixed
- You have mistakenly typed a lowercase "l" and an uppercase "i"
- Entering an email address (xx-xxxgmail.com, etc.)
■ If you suddenly lose a follow
There are several reasons why you may be unfollowed on Instagram and no longer be able to see it.
- If payment fails when updating Architect
- If your Instagram username (ID) has been changed
- If the user name (ID) is determined to be inconsistent during the inspection
- If your post is not visible due to a temporary error
First, please check that your payment has been processed properly and confirm the Instagram "username" you registered with B-Town.
You can check and edit the information you entered by clicking the "Edit Account" button on the BMSG SHOP account, so please check it again and send your follow request again.

Also, if your recurring payment has failed, we will not be able to approve your follow. Please check your B-Town account information.

■ If posts don't appear on your timeline even though you're following
If you follow many accounts, Architect posts may not appear in your timeline.
As we do not follow back as a general rule, please check the following three points for reference on how to receive surprise delivery notifications and update notifications.

Update your devices and apps

Notification settings for the Instagram app (see attachment)
Please open Architect's Instagram account, click the bell icon in the top right corner of the screen, and check the "Announcements" that appear at the bottom. -

*If you are still unable to receive notifications even after checking the settings, please contact support for Instagram or your device.
■ If the account you were using is frozen
Please create a new Instagram account and update your username in the B-Town account information. Then, please send a follow request again.
■ If you can no longer log in
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions on the Instagram help page to reset your password .
If you have created a new Instagram account, please update your username in your B-Town account information. After that, please send a follow request again.
* Your follow request may be deleted depending on the time lag between when you set your Instagram ID and when it is approved.
Please check whether your follow request has been made, and if it has been deleted, please check the ID and make a follow request again .
