[Architect] I can't see Instagram

I'm sorry to hear that you can't see your Instagram. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the instructions below.

■If your follow request is not approved (the request will be deleted)

There is a possibility that the Instagram ID entered in the BMSG SHOP account is incorrect. Please make sure that the ID (username) of your Instagram account and the Instagram ID registered to your BMSG SHOP account match.

Please check and edit the information you entered using the "Edit Account" button on your BMSG SHOP account, and then request a follow again.

*Follow requests will be reviewed and approved within 3-5 business days. Please wait for a while for approval. In addition, content such as advance tickets can be viewed on the limited page on the day of membership.

Instagram ID is half-width alphanumeric characters (lowercase letters/abc, etc.). Below are examples of the most common errors.

  • Capital letters (ABC, etc.) are used
  • Two hyphens "__" become one full-width character "_"
  • spaces are mixed
  • You are incorrectly typing the lowercase letter L [l] and the uppercase letter I [I].
  • Entering an email address (xx-xxxgmail.com, etc.)

■If you are suddenly unfollowed

There are several reasons why someone may be unfollowed on Instagram and not be able to see it.

  • If payment fails when updating Architect
  • If your Instagram username (ID) has been changed
  • If it is determined that the user name (ID) does not match during inspection
  • If the post is no longer viewable due to a temporary error

First, please check whether the payment is successful and check the Instagram "username" registered with B-Town.
You can check and edit the information you entered by clicking the "Edit Account" button on your BMSG SHOP account, so please check it again and request a follow again.

Also, if you have failed to make a recurring payment, you will not be able to approve the follow. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your B-Town account information.

■If your posts are not displayed on your timeline even if you follow them

If you follow many accounts, Architect's posts may not be displayed on your timeline.

As a general rule, we do not provide follow-backs, so please check the following 3 points for reference on how to receive surprise distribution notifications and update notifications.

  • Please update your device and apps

  • Instagram app notification settings (see attachment)
    Please open Architect's Instagram account, press the "bell" mark at the top right of the screen, and check the "Notice" displayed at the bottom.

  • Notification settings for your device (iPhone or Android) (see attachment for iPhone)

*If you still cannot receive notifications even after checking your settings, please contact Instagram or the support center for your device.

■If the account you were using is frozen

Please create a new Instagram account and update your username from your B-Town account information.
After that, please request a follow again.

■If you can no longer log in

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the Instagram help page to reset your password .

If you have created a new Instagram account, please update your username from your B-Town account information. After that, please request a follow again.

* Your follow request may be deleted depending on the timing of setting your Instagram ID and the time lag of approval.
