I received a defective item

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at info@bmsg.shop with a photo attached so that we can see the defective part.

In order to ensure a smooth response, please let us know the following information.
■Your name ■Order number (number such as #999999 on the delivery note)
■ Product name you ordered

*If the item is in stock, we will exchange it. If the item is out of stock, we will refund your money.
* If there is a problem with the random product, it will be exchanged for the same design as the delivered product. (You cannot choose the item or design.)
*We do not accept exchanges or refunds for products purchased outside of BMSG SHOP.
We are unable to accommodate purchases made at the venue, at the POPUP STORE, etc.

Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

- Product defects that have existed for more than 8 days since delivery
- Damage, scratches, or dirt on the outer box or product bag (excluding damage caused by issues during delivery, etc.)
- There is lint, fiber, etc. inside the product bag that can be removed after opening (when no defects are found in the product itself)
