A stage tour will be held to commemorate "BMSG FES'23"!

We would like to invite Architect residents to the "BMSG FES'23" stage.

What is a stage tour?
Invited to the stage before the "BMSG FES'23" performance. You can see what's on stage that you can't normally see, and receive explanations about the stage from professional staff. A special project where you can see the scenery from the stage that only artists and trainees can see! We also plan to take stage photos (group photos) of everyone with the audience seats in the background.
*There are no artists or trainees participating in this project.
*The event is scheduled to last 20 to 30 minutes.

■How to apply
Please read the event date and time, application period, and notes carefully, and apply using the application form in B-Town (Architect) Activities during the application period starting September 1st (Friday).

*If you are a "B-Town (Architect)" member during the application period, you can apply.
*If you cancel your membership by the day of the stage tour after winning, you will not be able to participate on the day.
*There is no upper limit to the number of performances that can be entered. (Up to 4 performances can be entered)
*One entry per performance is allowed per member. Please note that multiple entries for one performance will be invalid.
*The information you have applied for will be checked against the information you have registered, so please check that the information is correct before applying.
*Reception is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

■Application period
Application period: 2023/9/1 (Fri) 12:00 - 9/10 (Sun) 23:59
Winner announcement: 2023/9/11 (Monday) around 18:00

■About winning/losing announcement
We will send the winning email only to the winners.
We cannot respond to inquiries about winning or losing.

■Regarding identification confirmation on the day
Winners will be confirmed based on the following three points.

・“B-Town (Architect)” My Page or resident card
・Identification card (1 piece of ID with a face photo, or 2 pieces of ID that can confirm your name)

[Notes regarding identification documents]
*You will not be able to participate unless the details of your application and the name listed on the above identification documents match.
*You will not be able to enter even if you bring all of the above expired identification documents.
*In any case, identification documents other than those listed above will not be accepted. Please be sure to have the relevant identification documents ready and bring them with you by the day of the event.
*Copies and photos of identity verification documents are not accepted. Please be sure to bring the actual item.
*If we determine that your face is clearly different from the photo on your identification document, we may refuse entry.
*Children between the ages of 6 and 12 who do not have an ID that meets the above conditions will be allowed to enter by bringing one item that can confirm their name and date of birth. [Example: Health insurance card, resident card]

■Notes
*Cancellations cannot be made after winning. Please apply only if you are able to participate on the day.
*We will not be able to respond to any inquiries in advance regarding the details of the winner, event details, event time, etc. Only successful candidates will be notified. Please note.
*Winners will be asked to confirm their identity before the event on the day of the event. Please be sure to bring the "identification card designated for this event". Please note that if you cannot confirm your identity on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate for any reason.
*Transportation expenses to the venue, accommodation expenses, etc. will be borne by the winners themselves.
*Please note that if you do not arrive at the meeting time of each venue, you may not be able to participate in this event.
*Due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness/accidents of performers, transportation failures, poor venue equipment, and the spread of the new coronavirus infection, this event may be canceled or postponed, or the date, time, and location may change.・Contents may change depending on circumstances. In that case, you will be responsible for your own transportation and accommodation costs to the venue. Please note.
*We do not accept transfers to other venues due to customer convenience.
*You cannot directly give gifts or fan letters to the person in question. Also, we do not have a gift box available. Please note.
*Staff may touch customers' bodies or luggage to guide them. Please participate only if you understand this.
*The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables by yourself.
*Special medical equipment is not available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
*Photography will be included in the event on the day. The photos and videos taken will be used on BMSG SNS and "B-Town (Architect)" etc. Please note.
*Only the winner (1 person) can participate in this event. It is strictly prohibited to sell or transfer winning rights to third parties, including family and friends. If this is discovered, the right to win will be invalidated. Also, winnings through proxy applications will not be accepted.
*If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of your guardian before applying and participating. If a minor applies or participates, we will assume that they have obtained the consent of their guardian. Family members and attendants are not allowed to accompany you.
*When participating in this event, please comply with the "prohibited matters" below. If a participant violates the "prohibited matters" below, or if the organizer determines that the participant is otherwise unsuitable for participation, the participant may be refused participation.

【Prohibited matter】
・Transfer, exchange, resale, copy, or forgery of winning rights
・Slander, slander, intimidation, abuse, etc. towards performers and staff
・Drinking, entering while under the influence of alcohol, and participating in special events
・If you do not follow the staff's instructions, we may refuse your participation.
- Recording, filming, etc. during performances and venues, and bringing equipment into the venue.

*If we discover that you have been photographed, recorded, or recorded, we will take custody of the equipment on the spot, and after erasing the data, you will be asked to return on the spot. Applicants are deemed to have agreed to the application guidelines, including the notes listed above, at the time of application.
