◆About emails - We will send you two emails, once your purchase is complete and once your order has been shipped.
・Please configure your settings so that you can receive " info@bmsg.shop ".
・You can check your registered email address on My Page.
・If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder as it may be in there.
◆About product delivery・Except for orders for made-to-order/pre-order items, we will ship your order from the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
・If you order a made-to-order/pre-order item and a regular item, the item will be shipped according to the item with the latest shipping date. If you are in a hurry, please order separately. (However, please note that shipping charges will be incurred for each order.)
・We do not accept delivery date and time specifications. We will notify you of the inquiry number in the shipping completion email, so please contact the courier directly.
・Please note that once your order is placed, we cannot combine shipping with other orders.
・Depending on the size of the product, it may be delivered by post.
・Regardless of the delivery method/shipping fee/quantity/price of the product, the shipping charge is a flat rate of 770 yen.
◆About payment methods - You can use credit card or deferred payment (Payday) https://paidy.com.
・We do not allow any changes to the payment method after the order is completed.
・How to use deferred payday is as follows.
(1) Select deferred payment (payday) on the payment screen
(2) A payday payment screen will be displayed on the screen. Enter your email address and mobile number and press the "Next" button.
(3) Please enter the 4-digit verification code received from Payday via SMS (Short Message) on your smartphone/mobile phone.
(4) Select your payment method and complete the payment. After payment is completed, a completion screen will be displayed.
*Please note that if you go back to the browser or move to another page during payday payment, the payment may not be completed and your order may not be finalized.
*After completing your order, please check your usage details on the Payday app or MyPaydy ( https://my.paidy.com/login/ ) and make sure that the amount you ordered is displayed in the billed amount column. Please confirm.
If it is displayed in the unconfirmed amount column, please contact info@bmsg.shop .
◆About checking your purchase history <br data-mce-fragment="1">You can check it in "My Orders" after logging in to My Page.
◆We apologize for any changes or cancellations made after the order has been placed, but we do not accept any cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds due to the customer's convenience after the order has been completed.
Please note that shipping charges will be incurred for each order, so please be aware of this when placing your order.
◆About replacing defective products <br data-mce-fragment="1">If the delivered product is defective, please contact " info@bmsg.shop " within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us with a photo attached so we can see the location.
*We will exchange the product if it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
*We do not accept exchanges or refunds for products purchased outside of BMSG SHOP.
