【FAQ】
・Buttons such as "Go to application" are not displayed on the application page.
・When you proceed to the application screen, an error will be displayed.

What should I do?

Please try the following steps to see if the issue is resolved.

① Check using the Google Chrome app instead of your default browser *Copy the URL of the B-Town ticket application page and paste it into the URL bar of the Google Chrome app. Please log in to B-Town again.

② Confirm in private mode/incognito window *Copy the URL of the B-Town application page and paste it into the URL bar of a new browser. Please log in to B-Town again.

③For Android: Check the settings of Google Chrome
Android home screen [Settings] → [Google] → [Advertising] Turn on opt-out of customization
On the Google Chrome screen, go to [︙] → [Settings] → [Privacy and Security] → [Do Not Track] OFF

④ Check your security software or content blocker *This may be the cause of the button not being displayed.
If you are using security software or content blockers on your smartphone, please pause the software or change the security level and check again.
