If you made an order without being "logged in" at the time of purchase , there is a possibility that you are not registered in your "BMSG SHOP account". Please register as a new member or re-register using your existing BMSG SHOP account and submit the cancellation form .

  • Even if I log in to my BMSG SHOP account, I am not registered as a member of B-Town.

When making your purchase , you may have entered a different email address from the one registered in the account you are currently logged in to. Please re-enroll using your existing BMSG SHOP account and submit the cancellation form .
