The cancel button is always displayed, but if the minimum contract period has not been reached, an error message will be displayed.
Payment will be automatically renewed every month.
If you join in March or during a campaign period, the first month will be free and the minimum contract period is 4 months (e.g. March, April, May, June).
For those who join in a normal month, the minimum contract period is 3 months. If you join in April, you will be able to cancel after the June payment (after the 3 months of April, May, and June).
If automatic payment has failed, you can cancel your subscription after paying for three months.

To cancel, log in to your account and go to "B-Town Plan".
B-Town Plan > Current plan > Check details > Scroll down to "Cancel subscription" > Answer the survey and "Cancel" Push the button.

* Once the cancellation procedure is complete, you will receive an email from "info@bmsg.shop" with the subject: " Your BMSG B-Town plan has been canceled ." If the procedure has not been completed, cancellation and refunds will not be possible even if the plan is renewed.
If you see an error, please attach a screenshot and contact us within the month prior to renewal.
Even if there are days remaining until the next billing date at the time of cancellation, B-Town will not provide refunds or pro rata refunds.

Resident

Since you are charged a yearly fee when you join, even if you cancel, you will be able to access the content until the end of the same month in the following year after your joining date.
